These Terms and Conditions apply when you upload videos to our website or use our converting service. By uploading a video file to Your Video Memory, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
By uploading your video content (“Content”), you agree to follow these terms and our website’s Terms of Use. Both apply and should be read together.
To upload your video using our online forms, you must confirm you own the file or have permission from the legal owner. You promise that you have the legal right to upload the Content.
When you upload Content to our website, you understand that we can view your video as we work with it. Your Content will be temporarily stored on our server, Google Drive, and our computers while we process your order or conversion.
You give us the right to load your video(s) onto Your Video Memory Video Books. However, we do not guarantee that your videos will be loaded onto your Video Book. Preloading videos onto Your Video Memory is a courtesy and has no monetary value.
You agree not to upload any Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, incites prejudice or hatred, or is unlawful for you to possess in your country, or for us to use or hold.
When you upload, email, or use third-party services to transfer your Content to our website, email, or social channels, you allow us to use the videos in our promotional materials, in any media format and through any media channels. This includes any file conversion requests via our conversion services.
You promise that any Content uploaded by you complies with these terms. You will be liable and indemnify us for any breach of this promise. If you are a consumer user, this means you will be responsible instead of Your Video Memory if we suffer any loss or damage because you did not follow these terms. If unsure about your Content, do not upload it.
Your Video Memory is not liable for technical, hardware, or software failures, or lost, inconsistent, or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit Content being uploaded.
